In June 2023, my dad was at 102 kg with high diabetes, creatinine at 1.4, high blood pressure and was consuming tons of medicines at the age of 60. I was worried about his health and talked to a friend and he recommended me to consult Shashikant Iyengar Sir.
Shashikant Sir took detailed reports of my dad's health, his daily routine and food consumed on daily basis. Even now, after 15 months under the care of Mr. Iyengar, it is still difficult for me to believe that a good diet (as directed by an experienced dietician) plays such an important and causal role in controlling (or preventing) diabetes.
Of course, a doctor-patient interaction is very crucial in a therapeutic relationship. Here, Mr. Iyengar excels: not only is he friendly, humorous, and kind but also knowledgeable, very-well informed and extremely sensitive to individual quirks and idiosyncrasies. It is not easy to convince intellectuals easily (as a trained philosopher, I am rather skeptical of tall claims) but Mr. Iyengar persuaded me with very little exertion and with almost no compulsion. I am truly happy I met him, followed his suggestions faithfully, and brought my diabetes under control so easily. There is only one advice I have: trust him, follow the guidelines, and you will rediscover that there is still a great life even after you have diabetes!

This is just to sum up my experience of last one year joint working with you to address my problem of panic disorder and BP. This problem started in 2018 lasting for 6 years .
Background : At 46 yr, stress and possibly diet led to high BP and recurring panic disorders causing nightmares .
